No reference here... And a lot of work on all her outfit...
I still don't know what to think about this piece, it just came out of sudden inspiration, and it doesn't have as much effort on it as it might look like.
I'm afraid I didn't make justice to her beautiful draconic features, specially in the face. I hope I can fix it when I color her.
She's Istixia, a NPC of a D&D story I'm storytelling based on Ravnica, a world from Magic: the Gathering. She belongs to the Ízzet League, and she's a talented and arrogant bard with draconic blood. Her name doesn't have anything to do with the god Istishia...
Note the scepter in her hand... It's the Izzet signet... and also a pretty chaotic scepter that makes random magical effects when activated XD

Nice shirt, too, and I love how her eyes and hair turned out - they really suit what you'd think of a draconian's looks.
